Bayswater Service Connect is designed for vehicles that are no longer covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. We service most petrol, diesel, hybrid and selected electric vehicles. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle is eligible, simply contact our team with your registration or vehicle details and we’ll be happy to help.
What’s included in the service?
Every Bayswater Service Connect service includes:
Your vehicle will also receive a detailed inspection to help identify any maintenance items that may require attention now or in the future.
Do you use genuine parts?
Yes. We recommend and supply Genuine Parts wherever possible to ensure the best fit, performance and reliability for your vehicle. As a Bayswater Service Connect customer, you’ll also receive 10% off Genuine Parts used for any approved additional repairs completed during your service.
What happens if extra work is required?
If our technicians identify any additional repairs or maintenance, we’ll contact you with a clear explanation and an upfront quote before carrying out any extra work. We never proceed without your approval, so you’ll always be in control of the decision.
Can I service my vehicle even if I didn’t purchase it from Bayswater?
Absolutely. Bayswater Service Connect is available to eligible vehicles regardless of where they were purchased. Whether you bought your vehicle privately, through another dealership or elsewhere in New Zealand, you’re welcome to have it serviced by our experienced team.
How long will the service take?
Most standard services are completed within half a day, although this can vary depending on your vehicle and any additional work required. When you book your appointment, our team will provide an estimated completion time and keep you updated throughout the day if anything changes.
Bayswater Service Connect is available for eligible vehicles that are outside their manufacturer’s warranty at the time of booking. Offer is redeemable at participating Bayswater Vehicles Service Centres only. The advertised service includes an oil and filter change, comprehensive vehicle health and safety inspection, vehicle condition report, and road test. Any additional repairs or maintenance identified during the service are not included in the advertised price. Any additional work will only be carried out with the customer’s approval and will incur additional charges for parts and labour.
